2024 ISC Meeting

The Independent Supporters Council will be holding its annual meeting in Montreal. Representatives from Rubber City Underground will be attending.
At this meeting, the membership will be voting whether to accept Rubber City Underground as a member of the organization.
ISC is a collective of soccer supporters groups dedicated to upholding the values of inclusivity, respect, and the authentic support of soccer in North America.
