Location
Krenzler Field is located on the campus of Cleveland State University, at the corner of 18th Street and Chester Avenue, with one entrance on Chester.
Parking
There is no dedicated lot for Krenzler, but street parking in Cleveland is free after 6:00pm and on weekends (meters utilize the ParkMobile app). There are many paid surface parking lots and parking garages within walking distance of the field.
Pre-game
There are many restaurants near the field due to the proximity to Playhouse Square and downtown Cleveland. The RCU visits Becky’s Bar and Grille, located directly across 18th Street from the field, for a pre-game meetup.
Where to Find RCU
Typically the Underground sets up in the first few rows at the far (north) end of the stands.
Accessibility
There is no obstacle to entering the stadium. However, once inside the facility it is not accessible. The stands are raised above the playing surface with the only entrance being via stairs. There is a concrete wall approximately four and half feet tall between the pitch and the sidelines/stands.
You Should Know
- The stands face west, and there is nothing to block the sun until close to sunset. Consider bringing sunglasses or other sun-blocking devices.
- There are no concessions at the field, but coolers and drinks are allowed in the facility.
- Tickets are general admission and there is no dedicated home or away section.

Location
Paul Hotmer Field is located on the campus of the University of Toledo, diagonally across Stadium Drive from the Glass Bowl. Google Maps doesn’t have a solid address for the field. We are using 1820 Stadium Drive which will put you squarely in that block. Entering the Glass Bowl in your GPS will also put you in the correct area.
Parking
There are several university lots around the stadium, but Parking Lot 5 off of Stadium Drive, just north of the stadium, is the closest and recommended one. ParkUToledo parking permits or payment via ParkMobile is required during restricted hours. Be sure to check signage and/or the ParkMobile app for more details.
Pre-game
There are many restaurants around the UT campus, but there is nothing within walking distance. Plan on driving to the field after you’ve eaten.
Toledo Villa FC has an active supporters group (Black Swamp Brigade) and they typically tailgate before the game. Look for them in Parking Lot 5.
Where to Find RCU
Rubber City Underground sets up in the front of the first section of bleachers as you enter the stadium.
Accessibility
Paul Hotmer Field is fully accessible. The entrance is at grade and there are ramps to the bleachers. There is wheelchair accessible seating area in the middle section of the bleachers. Note that the restrooms are in a separate building that requires you to leave the stadium. There isn’t a clearly marked accessible path to the restroom, but we have been told that they are accessible.
You Should Know
- The stands face west, and there is nothing to block the sun. Consider bringing sunglasses or other sun-blocking devices.
- There is a concessions truck that parks inside the stadium on game days. Coolers and drinks are allowed in the facility.
- Tickets are general admission.
- While there’s no specific home or away seating, the Black Swamp Brigade (Toledo’s SG) sets up in the farthest section as you enter, and they ask visiting supporters groups to set up in the first section.
