Prideraiser 2025 to Benefit Bayard Rustin Center

Every year supporters groups from around the country work through Prideraiser to raise funds and awareness for local LGBTQ+ organizations. For 2025 RCU has partnered with the Bayard Rustin LGBTQ+ Resource Center.

Visit our Prideraiser campaign and pledge a dollar amount for each goal that ACFC scores this June. We’ve extended the pledge period to include the three games in July for a total of 10 games. Once the games are done you’ll receive an email that will direct you to the Rustin Center (Akron AIDS Collaborative) donation page where you can fulfill your pledge. All money pledged goes directly to the Rustin Center, not to RCU or Prideraiser.

The concept is simple. Pledge a dollar amount for each goal that Akron City FC scores during June. (We’ve extended the pledge period to include the three games in July for a total of 10 games.) The more ACFC scores, the bigger the impact for the Rustin Center.

Pledges start at $1.00 per goal, and the deadline to pledge is July 13. Once the games are done you’ll receive an email that will direct you to the Rustin Center (Akron AIDS Collaborative) donation page where you can fulfill your pledge. All money pledged goes directly to the Rustin Center, not to RCU or Prideraiser.
